I wanted to express how excited we at MINI are to be involved with Panda Cup 2007.
Beyond the obvious commercial advantages, Panda Cup provides the opportunity for MINI to be associated with the experience of a lifetime for these wonderful young people.
Last years’ event couldn’t have illustrated better the long lasting memories generated by combining a great sport with great cultural exchange. The faces of these young men and women reflected the value of living and playing together for 2 weeks and the reality that ANY gap can be bridged when people come together in a common pursuit. It was inspiring and uplifting … and Panda Cup made it possible.
I’m sure that every individual that participates in Panda Cup will not eventually buy a MINI, but I do know that every time they see a MINI, it will bring back wonderful memories of Panda Cup experiences – and with a little luck, when they think of Panda Cup it may bring the name MINI to mind!

Dear Alex,
When our daughter told us about the opportunity of going to Europe to see Kaitlyn's team play soccer, we were amazed at the wonderful experience it would give her. Then we began to dream about going, too. We were afraid that we would not be able to "stay up" with the younger ones. Ron and I thought how can we possibly do this? Then Alex telephoned us and put our minds at ease and assured us we could because of the way he had worked out the hotels, the sightseeing and our transportation.
We decided to go and thought we would probably have to "pull out" if things became too strenuous. We wanted to have this opportunity to see Kaitlyn play with her team as well as seeing Europe.
It was everything we had dreamed of ! We would not have changed a thing. Alex had taken care of every detail. We were able to be with the team, even on the bus, and enjoy them and we participated in all the sightseeing and didn't miss a thing.
Ron and I decided to add a cruise to the week when the team went back to the U.S. Alex took care of every detail of our flights and hotels. We had a marvelous time on the crusie from Copenhagen to St. Petersburg and returned to the U.S. safe and sound.
Alex, we want to thank you for all the hard work that you and Angela did for us. It was a wonderful experience not only for the "team" and parents, but also for the grandparents. It will be a memory that we will always hold dear to our hearts.
